1) Black Americans created jazz.
2) Jewish Americans created comic books.
3) These things are said to be the only original American art forms.
4) black Americans invented rock and roll.
5) Black AND Jewish Americans created musical theatre.
Okay. Look. I could nitpick about how rock and roll is directly descended from jazz and rhythm n blues. Both of which are Black-originating genres of music. But the wider truth is, Black people at least had a significant hand in creating EVERY uniquely american musical style. Hell, if not for West African musical influences the banjo would not exist as an instrument.
Can someone explain to me why Face need to be so ridiculously close to Murdock in every single episode?
Well I know why but this is some serious fruity territory pal
It’s literally because Murdock likes to stand waaay to close to people and Face is so used to it ge doesn’t move away. I love how many things Face just let’s Murdock do around him. Even when he’s being super annoying.
Examples:
Lack of personal space.
Murdock standing close enough to get hit in the face.
The two of them reaching out to each other. This was not a good day for them.
Literally Face putting up with an over grown child.
Murdock attacking BA with kisses because he’s so happy to see him.
Murdock has zero understanding of personal space. He also shows affection in a very physical way. Face just tolerates a lot more that BA does.
